The Mississippi Early Learning Alliance (MELA) is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our passionate, collaborative team as the Manager of Policy & Advocacy.
At MELA, we envision a future where all Mississippi children have equitable access to high-quality early education, and where the early childhood system works better for everyone—families, educators, employers, and most importantly, our children. Also, MELA is the backbone support of the Mississippi Forum For the Future, a statewide coalition of Mississippi early childhood professionals, advocates, and community members. The Manager of Policy & Advocacy will play a central role in helping us advance this mission. This full-time, remote position is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving systems-level change, connecting grassroots voices to policy, and working collaboratively to create meaningful impact for Mississippi’s youngest residents.
